Matt grew up in Huron, South Dakota. After graduating from Huron High School, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Dakota. Before attending law school, he worked in finance in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for three years. In that time he became a registered securities broker by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.. Elliot grew up on a ranch near Rapid City, South Dakota. While competing in collegiate athletics at Augustana College, he obtained a B.A. in Biochemistry in 2011. For the next three years, Elliot worked in the chemical industry where he designed and manufactured cleaning chemicals for food processing facilities. Elliot went on to graduate with Sterling Honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2017. While in law school, he was vice-president of the USD Trial Team, a member of the Moot Court Board, and on the Transactional Law Team. After graduation, Elliot served as a law clerk for the South Dakota Supreme Court. Brad graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2003. After graduation, Brad underwent a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Richard H. Born and raised in Wyoming, with two childhood detours through North Carolina and New York State, I joined the Air Force.  After serving eight years, I left the Air Force.  Married, I now have two children.  I have played college baseball and watching a pitcher’s duel thrown by the Atlanta Braves is one of my family’s favorite summertime events.  I have flown the backbone of the Air Force bomber fleet – the B-1B.  In the process, I developed an airspace plan over northern Iraq the likes of which had not been seen by the then-Commanding General.  I give this same dedication to my clients, whether at the shortest of 15-minute hearings in full trial.

As the only non-science person in a medical family, I know what it’s like to sit in a room full of people who are speaking their own language and not understand a word of what is being said.  Just like the medical field, the law tends to have a language all of its own. A graduate of Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and the University of Oklahoma, Rexford A. Hagg was admitted to the Oklahoma and South Dakota Bars in 1982. His interest in law started was sparked by an excellent law professor that taught torts. Having grown up in a blue-collar family, he was interested in advocating for injured people who may not have had any experience with legal issues. He found it extremely rewarding and therefore focused his legal career to personal injury cases. He tries to discover the human connection that a jury can relate to by spending significant time with the client to understand how the injury has really affected them.
