Attorney Rosas earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2003 from the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with honors. I have nearly 20 years of trial experience in Oregon.  In that time I have defended at least 6500 criminal cases, many of those were Measure 11 and Murder cases.
