Janet L. Tallett is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and. Probate Law.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her law degree. from the Santa Barbara College of Law.  While obtaining her law degree. she worked full-time as a paralegal.  She worked as a paralegal for. 20 years in Santa Barbara California.  Her work as a paralegal included the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, Medi-Cal planning, conservatorships, civil litigation, business law, land use, small claims, and criminal defense..
