After obtaining my Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon in 1984 I have practiced law in Northern Nevada for over 30 years and focus on real property law, commercial litigation, and creditor’s rights in bankruptcy. Currently, I serve as counsel to over two hundred fifty homeowners associations throughout Northern Nevada. The associations I represent vary in size from four units to as large as 6,000 and are concentrated in the Northern Nevada area.
