His practice consists of transactional real estate, related litigation, small business operation, formation and guidance, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Walker assists with sales and acquisitions of small businesses, provides counsel to multiple homeowners associations, and enjoys a significant estate planning practice. In his spare time, he likes to golf, snow and water ski, read and travel.. Mr. Walker has had a wide range of community involvements over the 30+ years he has been in the Tri-Cities. Past involvements have included 5 years on the Richland School Board, board membership with the Richland Chamber of Commerce and ARC of the Tri-Cities. He has also served as President of the Benton-Franklin Bar Association, and was chairman for the Parkway Redevelopment project in Richland.
