He also drafts and negotiates a wide variety of contracts, such as telecommunications/ISP service agreements, software/platform/infrastructure-as-a-service agreements, and reseller and marketing agent agreements.. In addition to defending clients in individual and class-action litigation throughout the country, he provides counseling to mitigate the litigation risk, including auditing marketing campaigns, developing compliant website and consent-based opt-ins, and preparing terms of service for direct-marketing campaigns that implicate the TCPA and related marketing and privacy laws. I served in the Navy on active duty and in the Reserves for 20 years. I am very interested in helping veterans realize the goal of starting a business or buying a franchise. There are quite a few challenges a veteran may face in getting set up in a business, but I think it is a very viable option that veterans do not consider enough.
