I handle all matters related to family law including divorce, complex equitable distribution, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, protective orders, adoption, and modifications of existing orders.  I have litigated cases involving business valuations, sexual abuse allegations, parental alienation, and grandparent rights.  Whether the most complex case or the simplest case, I work closely with all my clients to devise a strategy to achieve their goals and take action to achieve those goals whether it be through a negotiated agreement or aggressive courtroom representation.  I have been voted a Virginia Super Lawyer, by Richmond Magazine Law & Politics, eight years in a row from 2015-2022.
