I have over twenty-five years of experience as an attorney, handling insurance defense, premise liability, automobile accidents, personal injury, workers compensation and commercial matters.  I have been licensed to practice law in four states, including Virginia and Pennsylvania.   I also act as a Guardian ad Litem for children in Virginia.   I have a variety of litigation experience that gives me an unique perspective on cases and situations.

Brian began his practice specializing in personal injury as well criminal defense before entering public service with the Hanover County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office. While serving as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, Brian handled all matters of criminal prosecution and was the lead prosecutor for the County’s Vice Narcotics division, to include those investigations presented to the Multi Jurisdictional Grand Jury. In addition to his primary focus of complex narcotics investigation, Brian handled a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from traffic related offenses to violent crime. Prior to founding Jurach, Tacey & Quitiquit, PLC, Brian was in private practice with the law firm of Parcell & Webb, PC where he concentrated his practice on criminal defense and representing plaintiffs in personal injury suits. He continues to concentrate his practice on personal injury and criminal defense with specialization in the area of narcotics possession, distribution and transportation into the Commonwealth.
