Lauren Carroll practiced regulatory healthcare law for seven years. In her practice, she represented a variety of healthcare providers, including serving as in-house counsel for a national medical supplier for the past four years.  Armed with this background in the healthcare system, Lauren began representing individuals who were hurt on the job secure maximum workes' compensation benefits.  In 2014, Lauren along with five other lawyers founded Commonwealth Law Group, continuing her practice of assisting Virginians who were injured on the job recover their maximum workers’ compensation benefits..
