Rómulo Miguel Sauñe, who goes by either Romi or Rómulo, was born and raised in Peru and speaks Spanish fluently. Romi graduated magna cum laude from the University of La Verne in California with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. He also graduated cum laude with a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Norwich University in Vermont. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2013, where he was awarded the Irwin Stern Moise Award in Legal and Judicial Ethics.. Romi has been admitted to the New Mexico Bar, the Federal District Court for the District of New Mexico.  Prior to his legal career, Romi served in the United States Navy for 12 years. Edward W. Lovato is a New Mexico native. After graduating from Rio Rancho High School, Edward joined the Marines and served 13 years on active duty in the enlisted and officer ranks, including tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. Edward founded the Rio Rancho law firm of Lovato Law, P.C. in 2017 and he oversees a practice devoted to providing clients with the best in estate planning and elder law.
