Dr. Meyer also served on Russian President, Boris Yeltsin's team that drafted modern Russia's tax code after the break up of the Soviet Union.

I grew up in Germany where I studied law and graduated in 1988. After passing the German bar examination, I moved to California where I attended law school at night while working full-time at the court where I gained valuable practical experience. After passing the California Bar exam, I worked as a research attorney and later practiced family law until moving to the Sacramento area in 2001. I decided to become a real estate broker and have been an active broker since early 2002.. These days, my primary practice area is estate planning. I enjoy helping people and appreciate the opportunity of being in the creation phase and finding suitable solutions for my clients.
