Ms. Ellwanger is a graduate of University of Arkansas School of Law. During her first and second summer in law school, Ms. Ellwanger was a law clerk with Andrew, Merritt, Reilly & Smith in Lawrenceville, Georgia where she worked in corporate law, as well as probate and estate planning.  In the following summer, Ms. Ellwanger was a Summer Associate with Whelchel and Dunlap in Gainesville, Georgia where she gained experience in both civil and criminal law.. Before attending law school, Ms. Ellwanger graduated from the Women’s College of Brenau University, cum laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and Conflict Resolution.   She was the recipient of the Brenau Scholar Award and was a member of Gamma Sigma Alpha and Phi Beta Sigma Honor Societies.  During her time at Brenau,  Ms. Ellwanger was actively involved in the community through the Brenau University Leadership Program.

Beth is a workers' compensation lawyer who was born and raised in Ohio before moving west to attend the University of Arizona for both her undergraduate and law school education. During law school Beth worked as a clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office in both the downtown and Santa Monica branches, gaining valuable trial experience by conducting hundreds of preliminary hearings in Superior Court.
