I'm an associate attorney at D'Andre Law, LLP, where I represent clients in defense of employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation cases.. Prior to joining D'Andre Law, LLP in October of 2016, I worked for two law firms - Hackard Law from 2008 through January of 2016 and Beattie & Aghazarian LLP from January of 2016 through October of 2016.  At those firms, I handled a broad range of cases including mostly trust and estate litigation, and I also represented clients in business formations and contract and lease drafting, estate planning, investment fraud, mass tort litigation and lien subrogation, personal injury, contractl disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and bankruptcy matters. Prior to becoming an attorney in 2012, I had worked since 2008 first as a legal assistant and then as a paralegal, which gave me a comprehensive overview of the inner workings of the legal field.. I'm committed to professional excellence and a compassionate understanding for clients, qualities I seek to reflect every day through my work. I am admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court of the Northern District of California.. I was born and raised in Sacramento, and I have a great pride my hometown.  I also have great pride in his Scottish heritage, which fuels his passionate advocacy in legal battles.  I'm also dedicated to giving back to the community through local charitable organizations and through my parish at Our Lady of the Assumption in Carmichael.. When I'm not laying down the law, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and engaging in various athletic activities.  I am also an avid fan of the Sacramento Kings, the San Francisco Giants, and the San Francisco 49ers.
