Additionally, he has served as the President of the Mesquite, Nevada Exchange Club. The Exchange Club is a national service organization with the primary purpose of bettering communities and the prevention of child abuse. He is currently serving on the Washington County Library Board of Trustees and has participated in the planning and building of several new libraries in Washington County, Utah.. Jeff was an associate attorney with the St. George law firm of Snow, Nuffer, Engstrom, Drake, Wade and Smart from 1995 until 1999.
