As a service to our community, I served for nearly 10 years as one of the Small Claims Judge Pro-Tempore for the Washington County Justice Court. I have more than 26 years’ experience as an attorney. I graduated in the top 10% of my class from the J. Rueben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, in 1988. I was lead articles editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review and upon graduation became a member of The Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school in 1988, I joined the national law firm of Kirkland & Ellis (“K&E”), in Chicago, Illinois. When K&E opened an office in Los Angeles, California, I moved to Los Angeles to help open the Los Angeles office of K&E. While at K&E, I represented such clients as Hughes Aircraft, Dunn & Bradstreet and Motorola. In 1992, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and in 1993 started my own law firm.

Anthony McMullin is the managing attorney of McMullin Injury Law.  Anthony has lived in the St. George area since 1981 and graduated from Dixie High School in 1999.  After obtaining degrees from both Dixie State College and Southern Utah University, Anthony made the decision to attend law school and ultimately obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University.. Upon graduating from law school, Anthony immediately went to work for a prestigious law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada focusing his practice on business transactions and real estate litigation.  During his first year as an attorney, Anthony developed a passion for the law and ultimately recognized the necessity of our civil court system.. Having grown up in St. George and having been a small business owner and manager of some of St. George’s most prominent businesses, Anthony has gained an immense appreciation for this area and the people that live here.  Anthony’s experience in the area has taught him the true value that accompanies hard work, honesty and treating people with respect.. After spending most of my adult life running into burning buildings or keeping people alive in the back of ambulances, I went to law school. I have lived and worked in North Carolina, Arizona, Colorado, Alaska, Nevada, and now I have settled into the beautiful red rock surroundings of southwest Utah - Utah's "Dixie."With over fifteen years of nursing experience on top of my career in emergency medicine, I have the background to understand the medical aspects of personal injury cases and to assist veterans in making compelling cases for the grant of benefits they deserve.I am licensed in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. I practice in Mohave County in Arizona, Clark County (uncontested divorces) in Nevada, and the courts of southern Utah. I focus primarily on criminal and family law cases and assisting disabled veterans with their battle for benefits with the VA. I will consult on other civil matters and provide referrals if I do not believe I am the right attorney for your case.
