Since 2009, Katie has been working as an attorney in Utah and Nevada, assisting clients with various legal matters. She has guided many clients through the bankruptcy process, representing debtors whose debts ranged from small debts to tens of millions of dollars of debt, and has also represented creditors in bankruptcy litigation. Bryan’s practice concentrates primarily on civil and appellate litigation, employment law, and real estate development.. Litigation. Bryan represents businesses and individuals in a broad spectrum of litigation matters—from commercial contract disputes to land use claims.  His litigation practice primarily consists of defense work, with an emphasis on defending governmental entities in constitutional, civil rights (42 U.S.C. § 1983), employment, personal injury, and land use matters.  To that end, he has extensive experience with issues involving Utah’s Governmental Immunity Act, as well as state and federal constitutional matters.  Although he works out of the firm’s St. George office, Bryan regularly handles cases throughout the State of Utah.. Appellate.  Bryan has briefed and argued numerous cases before Utah’s appellate courts.  He is frequently retained to handle the appeal in cases handled at the trial level by other attorneys, both in and outside the firm.  He has served on the Utah Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Rules of Appellate Procedure since 2003.  Additionally, he has both written and presented on the topic of persuasive legal writing and appellate advocacy.  Before entering private practice, Bryan was a judicial clerk at the Utah Court of Appeals.  He maintains an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating in the areas of Litigation and Appellate Practice.. Bruce was inducted into the College of Community Association Lawyers in October 2012. Bruce was the Founding Partner of Jenkins Ronnow Jensen and Bayles in 1997 and continued until 2010, when he became the Managing Partner for Vial Fotheringham SG, LLP. During the years 2006-2008, Bruce was also In-House Council for a developer of properties resort and high-end communities. Bruce has been an expert witness on developer duties in the common interest communities. He began his law career in St. George, Utah as an Associate for the Law Firm of Snow and Jensen, P.C. Prior to that he interned for the Alaska Supreme Court, Justice Burke, as a Judicial/Extern in the Summer of 1990.

Before law school, I worked in a "blue collar" job environment, driving commercial lumber trucks or working on construction sites.  Since I began practicing law in 2012, workers' compensation was a natural fit for me because of that background.  I've tried numerous cases in front of the Utah Labor Commission, settled millions of dollars' worth of workers' compensation cases over the years, and generally have a no-nonsense approach to evaluating the strength of my clients' cases, or the weaknesses in the defense.

As an experienced child advocate who now does a broader array of family law matters, my focus is to work towards a resolution that always keeps the best interests of the children at its center.  Whether it is a custody, adoption, divorce, or child abuse matter, it is the child who is the most affected and whose interests and desires should never be put out of focus.

As a service to our community, I served for nearly 10 years as one of the Small Claims Judge Pro-Tempore for the Washington County Justice Court. I have more than 26 years’ experience as an attorney. I graduated in the top 10% of my class from the J. Rueben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, in 1988. I was lead articles editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review and upon graduation became a member of The Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school in 1988, I joined the national law firm of Kirkland & Ellis (“K&E”), in Chicago, Illinois. When K&E opened an office in Los Angeles, California, I moved to Los Angeles to help open the Los Angeles office of K&E. While at K&E, I represented such clients as Hughes Aircraft, Dunn & Bradstreet and Motorola. In 1992, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and in 1993 started my own law firm.

Anthony McMullin is the managing attorney of McMullin Injury Law.  Anthony has lived in the St. George area since 1981 and graduated from Dixie High School in 1999.  After obtaining degrees from both Dixie State College and Southern Utah University, Anthony made the decision to attend law school and ultimately obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University.. Upon graduating from law school, Anthony immediately went to work for a prestigious law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada focusing his practice on business transactions and real estate litigation.  During his first year as an attorney, Anthony developed a passion for the law and ultimately recognized the necessity of our civil court system.. After spending most of my adult life running into burning buildings or keeping people alive in the back of ambulances, I went to law school.
