Saundra's practice focuses on Social Security disability, family matters, and all types of estate planning. She is an expert at drafting documents such as wills, trusts, contracts and briefs to the court. Saundra spent eight years in the United States Air Force as a medical technician. For three of those years, she worked in the Cardiac Intensive Care unit of the largest hospital in the military.  Her experience in the medical field has helped her to be a better advocate for her clients. She is able to understand and interpret medical records with ease, understand medical conditions related to her clients' legal claims and draft more specific arguments to the court based on medical jargon that other attorneys may not understand.  Working in the largest hospital in the military also enabled Saundra to be able to handle a high-speed work environment and stressful tasks.. Saundra and her husband, Jonathan McDowell, are partners in their law practice as well as in their marriage. Jonathan began as a solo-practitioner paving the way for McDowell & McDowell, LLC.  He focuses on business law, commercial law, and employment/labor law.  Saundra and Jonathan have a dachshund-schnauzer puppy named Sabastian and a labradore retriever-beagle puppy named Janelle.  They had boy and girl TWINS that were born on May 23, 2013!. Saundra does contract work for a law firm in Liberty, Missouri where she consults with their federal court intake clients and writes their Federal Court briefs for their claims.  Saundra has spoken on Social Security disability at the Missouri Bar Association’s Administrative Law Committee’s semi-annual meeting and several Kansas City area health facilities.. Saundra and Jonathan are members of James River Church in Springfield, Missouri and before that, members of Calvary Revival Church in Norfolk, Virginia.

Morgan graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif from the University of Arizona in 2008. After law school, Morgan worked for Sullivan & Cromwell in Washington, D.C. After moving back home to Missouri, Morgan joined the Missouri Attorney General's office. As an assistant attorney general, Morgan prosecuted various crimes across the state.
