I grew up on a farm and have been in practice in Central Kansas since 1996.  My practice is primarily centered around family issues, including all matters of divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, parentage actions (including same sex parentage, divorce and other LGBQT+ issues), guardians, conservators, and issues involving elder law.  I am also a master's level social worker and I obtained my Master's degree from the University of Kansas.  I provide mediation services, including parent coordination, settlement conferences and I represent children as a Court appointed guardian ad litem.  I have served as the President of the Family Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association on two separate occasions and remain on the administrative Board.  I have served as the Saline County Bar Association President.  I am on the Board of the Saline County Law Library and am a member of the Kansas Bar Association Board of Governors.. I am active in my church and follow my children's sports, music and other events, and am an advid exerciser as well.  I love horses and have three of my own who are completely spoiled.. I will not allow you to be taken advantage of, but neither will I take an unreasonable position that has no chance of winning.  It is important to me that you leave my office better than you came in, and if you have children, I want to make sure that they are protected as much as possible from the situation.

Mr. Denning has been elected to the USD 305 School Board for four terms.. Mr. Denning served as City Prosecutor for the City of Salina, Kansas for ten years..
