Stephanie Wilkins Pugsley’s practice consists of a traditional litigation and appellate practice. R. Blake Hamilton’s primary practice areas are civil rights litigation and governmental entity defense. He has done work for the Utah Local Government Trust, Utah Counties Insurance Pool, Utah Risk Management Mutual Association, Professional Law Enforcement Association and serves as coverage counsel for the Utah Fraternal Order of Police.
