Dave has handled cases in State and Federal courts through all phases of trial and the appellate process; specializing in the representation of auto dealers, contractors, developers, insurers, manufacturers and retailers in the areas of personal injury, products liability, property damage, premises liability, construction, civil rights, real estate and employment law. He has extensive trial, arbitration, mediation and special master experience. Dave is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims where he handles cases under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, he has a “Superb Attorney Rating” from AVVO, and has received the coveted “Super Lawyer” designation.
