Ms. Vasquez attained her under-graduate degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, B.A., in May 2002 with a double major in English and American Studies.  During her time at USC, she completed a semester of study abroad at the University of Sussex, Brighton, England in the Spring of 2001.. Having been adopted as an infant, Ms. Vasquez’s desire to become a lawyer was inspired by the tremendous sense of gratitude toward the family law attorney who represented her parents through the adoption process. Higbee utilizes his unique blend of legal and professional experience to deliver success for his clients. He has handled a wide-range of cases in both criminal and civil courts. He has served as a prosecutor and defense counsel. He is a frequent commentator and guest writer for various media.  He has also provided expert opinion to multiple legislative bodies.. His commitment to pro bono work earned him awards and recognition from the Utah Supreme Court and the City of Los Angeles.   He received an award from the Mayor of Los Angeles for his work on behalf of veterans.. Higbee is a licensed to practice law in 10 states.  He earned his JD from the University of Utah, where he served as president of the student body and was a finalist for the American Bar Association's President of the Year honor. Other honors included being a member of one of the national moot-court teams, receiving numerous scholarships, awards, and fellowships, including an invitation to participate in the prestigious US Presidential Management Fellowship. He has served as prosecutor and defense counsel.. He served as a member of the University of Utah College of Law's Board of Trustees.   The University of Utah named him Young Alumni of The Year in 2013.. He is the founder of , a national law firm that specializes in criminal record expungement.

Mark earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  He graduated from the Chapman University School of Law and was a member of Chapman’s E.N.L.U.R.E.program, graduating with an emphasis in Environmental, Land Use and Real Estate Law.  He was inspired to become an attorney because of numerous injustices he witnessed first hand, including but not limited to wrongful incarceration, fraud of the underprivileged, and bad faith representation by numerous insurance companies of its’ insured.  Armed with a passion to represent the common individual, an innate sense of fairness, and a willingness to fight for what is right, Mark zealously displays his advocacy and negotiation skills both in and outside of the courtroom.
