After graduating from Southwestern in 1996, Neil joined Medearis & Grimm, the longest continuously managed plaintiff's firm in Los Angeles, as an associate attorney. While at Medearis & Grimm, Neil represented hundreds of plaintiffs, handling mediations, arbitrations, and more than 25 jury trials through verdict. After a tenure of 8 years at Medearis, Neil joined The Reeves Law Group in 2005 as a litigation and trial associate, handling client cases involving fatalities and serious and catastrophic injuries. Neil has worked in a variety of personal injury areas, including many involving unsafe maintenance of retail business establishments.

Nadia Gueorguieva Semerdjieva has close to two decades experience in trademark and business/commercial law. Having worked as an in-house counsel for an international nutraceutical company, she has successfully identified, analyzed, and advised on all legal issues related to domestic and international undertakings. Myron Steeves has an extensive background in both the legal field and the nonprofit arena. A former missionary to the Middle East, Steeves is a graduate of Biola University and Georgetown University Law Center. Currently, he is a Professor of Law at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, CA (a school of Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.) where he previously served as the Dean and the director of development. Through his law practice,  Myron Steeves serves nonprofit organizations, religious organizations, and churches through offering sound legal guidance from a faith-based perspective. Steeves is an active member of the nonprofit committees of both the California Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
