He was also previously the General Counsel for a large national securities broker-dealer where he defended numerous civil litigation and arbitration matters on behalf of the firm in various States and before FINRA.       Rod has represented private and public companies, as well as individuals throughout his legal career. He is also a certified mediator and has acted as mediator and/or arbitrator in cases in the fields of corporate securities, business, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, computers, lemon law, as well as a host of other legal matters.
