I have been an attorney in Orange County for nearly 17 years.  I enjoy the practice of law and helping clients get through diificult legal problems.  I atttempt to resolve cases early, as I believe this is usually in the client's best interest.  However, I am ready and willing to take cases to trial if necessary.. I am an avid runner, and have completed many marathons, and 5Ks and 10Ks.  I am married and have a 2 year old son.

I grew up in Madison, New Jersey.  I graduated Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York (1987) and Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA in (1990).  I worked for a maritime law firm and an insurance company while going to law school.  I passed the California Bar on my first try.  My first job as a lawyer was as a deputy public defender in Orange County, CA.  After that I was deputy district attorney in Orange County, CA before beginning my private practice in 1997.  I play the guitar and enjoy an excellent guitar collection!

I attended The American University in Washington, DC for my undergraduate degree and graduated Cum Laude from Western State University, College of Law in 1997. I passed the State Bar exam on the first attempt..
