Gabbert was born in Chico, California, in 1988.  Ms. Gabbert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from which she graduated cum laude, in 2010.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento, in June 2014, where she earned Dean’s List Honors..
