With her background in education and as a mother of two, Morna has always placed a priority in children and family. That priority, along with her own experience in the divorce process, lead her to a practice in Family Law. A resident of Sonoma County for over twenty years, Morna obtained her BA in Liberal Studies from the Hutchins School at Sonoma State University and a JD from Empire College.. Prior to opening her own practice she worked for five years for several established Family Law firms in Santa Rosa as both a paralegal and law clerk. She volunteered for Sonoma County Legal Aid, and clerked for the Marin Public Defenders Office in their Juvenile Dependency division. Originally she sought to pursue Juvenile Law, however, she has found that in Family Law she has an opportunity to aid both parents and children through her practice.. Margaret England is a native Californian who has resided in Santa Rosa since January 1990 with her husband and their two sons. Margaret grew up in Southern California graduating from California State University Fullerton. Margaret attended law school when her sons were babies graduating in 1993 from Empire School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1994.. Margaret began her solo practice as a Family Law attorney. She then worked for a large Santa Rosa Law Firm, establishing 5 years’ experience with a large Law Firm, before returning to solo practice in 2001 to become more available for her husband and now adult sons. Margaret is devoted to her community and actively volunteers in several local organizations.. It is two beautiful grandchildren that have changed the focus of the England Law practice.

I have been practicing law in Sonoma County since 2009.  Prior to joining Tavis & Bunyard, I was an associate at Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP for over three years and previously was the senior family law associate at Beck Law, PC.  I have made court appearances in the surrounding North Bay counties, including Sonoma, Marin, Lake, Napa and Mendocino.. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of California, at Santa Cruz (2000).  He received his Juris Doctor from Empire College School of Law (2008).. I am a member of the California Bar Association and the Sonoma County Bar Association and have served as a volunteer for the Sonoma County Self-Help Access Center (2005) and was a member of the Board of Directors for the Luther Burbank Rose Parade & Festival (2014-2015).
