I have one granddaughter, age 7 and of course is the love of my life. She and my son and daughter-in-law live in San Francisco. I usually ride 4 days a week, year in and year out. Of course, when the weather is bad, as a resident of the Chicago area, we are relegated to riding indoors. VQ has an indoor facility in Highland Park and Chicago where we can train on computerized trainers as well as listen to music, or watch tv or moives while we ride. I also try to go on one or two bike trips with my buddies each year, usually where there are mountains to climb.
