Jon L. Phelps is an Arizona native and was raised in the Phoenix area. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University. While in law school, Jon was a four time Pedrick Scholar and was a Production Editor for Jurimetrics, The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. Based upon his academic performance in law school, he became a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor society recognizing law students at select law schools who graduate in the top 10 percent of the class..
