Born in Manhattan, prior part-time London resident, I bi-located (N.Y. & Arizona) in 1986 to marry my wife Linda Ambrose, an wonderful caring Educator.  An ardent hiker (the Grand Canyon's Thunder River being my favorite trek) and horseman, I teach Aikido (Third Degree, Sandan, Black Belt) and Kundalini Yoga (internationally certified) and am a 3rd Degree Reiki practitioner.. I founded 4 international companies:  Landau Law Association, Dispute Solutions LLC, a real estate brokerage, and a firm specializing in  Investigations & Security Consulting (areas included pre-merger & acquisitions, banking, asset recovery, government corporate & government security, asset recovery, fraud investigations, & training.)  I am also an Ordained Interfaith Minister.. My passion is assisting people, and the family, business or government they serve, to transform their conflict and disputes and to learn tools to serve them in the future as peaceful warriors.

After working 26 years with State Farm’s in-house counsel program as a senior litigator, I  decided to semi-retire and start my own business doing mediation and arbitration work.  Over my 38 years as an attorney, I have tried numerous jury trials and have arbitrated and mediated literally hundreds of cases.  I served as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro-Temp for 11 years.  In addition, I taught numerous legal courses to adjusters and attorneys. Before starting my career at State Farm, I did Plaintiff’s personal injury work for approximately 10 years.  I trust you will find that I have a very good reputation in the legal community for being fair minded and a good litigator.  My strength as a mediator/arbitrator will come from my legal experience, my familiarity with Plaintiffs’ bar, and my knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate cases.
