Mr. Brookshire is former general counsel for the Institute of Certified Business Counselors.  He has been a frequent speaker and instructor for Oregon and Arizona real estate professionals including their ethics courses.   Dennis has served on various boards and councils for financial institutions and community organizations, including being a former chairman of the board of one of Oregon’s largest credit unions.

David W. Dow is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law in the state of Arizona for over thirty-two years. David obtained his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University in 1979, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate and graduated number seven in his graduating class..
