My practice is focused on civil litigation.  I defend my clients in lawsuits arising from construction defect and work-site injuries, premises liability, product liability, trucking and automobile accidents and injuries.. I  have experience in construction contract review and drafting.  I handle all manner of property problems such as boundary disputes, timber trespass and surface water damage..
