I collaborate extensively with the firm's Chinese affiliate, Duan & Duan, working in their offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong in my representation of U.S. and Chinese entities in various transactions, agreements and joint ventures.. My experience includes national coordinating counsel in mass tort litigation, securities fraud litigation and contract negotiations on behalf of sports figures. I joined the firm in 1980 and served as its Chairman from 1994-1996.  I currently serve on the Williams Kastner board of directors.. I am a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner.  As a trial attorney, I primarily handle commercial disputes and defend high-stakes product defect claims.  My product liability practice encompasses aviation, consumer products, and toxic torts.  I serve as national trial counsel for several clients in toxic tort litigation.  I also serve in an advising capacity for corporate clients seeking to develop nationwide strategies for the defense of mass-tort litigation.  As lead trial counsel, I have obtained defense verdicts in state courts and successfully argued for his clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several of Washington’s appellate courts.  I am admitted to practice in California, Oregon and Washington.  I was named to the Rising Stars list by Washington Law & Politics magazine each year from 2001-2008.

Glenn Draper has been representing victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-caused diseases since 2004. He has particular interest in representing veterans exposed to asbestos while serving in the military. Glenn grew up in a Navy family and served several years on active duty in the U.S. Army, where he was named Soldier of the Year for the U.S. Army Support Command Hawaii in 1987. His father and both brothers served in the military, and one brother remains on active duty in the Navy. Glenn is authorized to represent individuals before the Veterans Administration, and is a member of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates.. Glenn has taken the deposition of over 300 victims of asbestos disease. “The best part of my job,” Glenn says, “is sitting down with mesothelioma victims to figure out where they were exposed to asbestos, and then preparing them to testify in a way that holds those companies responsible.” Most recently, Glenn has worked with mesothelioma victims that were exposed to such products as cement pipe, brake materials, joint compounds and insulation products. Glenn was one of several attorneys at Innocence Project Northwest that were awarded the National Law Journal’s Pro Bono Award in 2000. Glenn has been recognized as a Quiet Hero by the King County Bar Association for his pro bono work.

Bob Manlowe is a member in Williams Kastner’s Seattle office. His practice involves Complex Litigation Management, ESI/e-Discovery consultation services, Crisis Management and Media Relations.. Mr. Manlowe serves as National Coordinating Counsel for clients involved in mass tort cases. In addition, Mr. Manlowe provides consultation services to numerous companies in the areas of complex litigation management and ESI/e-Discovery. Mr. Manlowe's experience in Crisis Management ranges from catastrophic incident response to high profile sports figure firing, to software piracy, as well as the resulting governmental and media investigations of these and many other matters. He currently serves on the Crisis Management Teams for several companies in the product manufacturing, construction and industrial sectors.
