We are extremely skilled in getting juries to understand the how and why false allegations happen all the time. Police officers are specifically trained in how to manipulate the accused in to making false confessions and portraying innocent facts into sounding incriminating.. There are literally tens of thousands of innocent people in prison and most of the time they are there because their lawyer failed to thoroughly investigate was unprepared and unpersuasive and not skilled in the art of cross-examination.. Our lawyers have astounding success in the courtroom. To the point of jurors hugging and crying with the accused in the hallway of the courthouse after the "Not Guilty!" verdict. To the point of jurors sending a note to the judge asking of they can render a verdict against a police officer who fabricated testimony and slammed the accused's head against the car causing injury. These are the moments that our lawyers live for and achieve.. When naming our law firm we spent many, many hours and reviewed literally thousands of options, but chose Vindicate Law Group. According to Webster's Dictionary, "vindicate" is defined as, "to free from allegation or blame" and this is exactly our mission towards each and every client we proudly represent.. Practice Areas
When not practicing law, I enjoy birding, hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, my dog and grandchildren
When I went to lawschool several years ago I was determined to work as a prosecuting attorney. I spent some time working as a prosecutor and watched numerous people suffer consequences that could have been avoided if they only hired knowledgable aggressive legal counsel. During that time I also had a close family member get charged with DUI. Although I was not the prosecutor I watched that person lose his license, go to jail, pay expensive fines, and ultimately ended up with a DUI on his record that later impacted his ability to find a job despite a very discplined degree from an accredited college. It was those experiences that led me to this career. I understand DUI law both professionally and personally. It is this compassion that fuels my advocacy.
When I am not advising foreign and domestic clients in their strategic business transactions, I enjoy photography, snorkeling, and ziplining. I am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and American Sign Language.

We agree. 98% of our clients surveyed (over a 2 year period) report they would recommend us to a friend or use the firm again. We have helped people in more than 1 thousand cases. We would like the opportunity to help you. Our job is to help you to “heal” conflicts as productively, as cheaply and as quickly as possible, not to promote them or provoke them.
