I have been litigating cases for approximately 16 years.  My practice emphasizes litigation including personal injury, wrongful death, as well as insurance litigation and appellate work.   I have extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including discovery, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and I have handled hundreds of litigation matters.  On numerous occasions, I have secured results in excess of one million dollars for my clients.  I have also briefed and argued a number of cases before the Washington State appellate courts and have appeared as a guest speaker on trial and insurance topics.

Charlie litigates and advises clients regarding coverage disputes arising out of first and third-party claims.  His experience ranges from representing insurers in multi-party disputes regarding environmental and mass tort insurance coverage to providing advice in disputes with individual insureds under homeowners and automobile policies.. Charlie also co-authored a chapter of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Insurance Litigation regarding the rescission of insurance policies based on misrepresentations made by the policyholder in obtaining a policy.

Amber Quintal is a member in the Business Department at Ogden Murphy Wallace, PLLC. Adam Heyman has dedicated nearly his entire two-decade legal career to successfully defending people accused of every type of serious crime as a renowned criminal defense attorney. From 2017-2024, Adam became the longest consistently serving Class A qualified felony public defender at the prestigious King County Department of Public Defense’s Associated Counsel for the Accused Division in Seattle, Washington, where he excelled in earning acquittals and dismissals in a variety of difficult cases.
