Burton scholarship fund provides scholarships each year to third year ethnic minority law school students from law schools in the state of Washington.  The purpose of the scholarship fund is to assist financially disadvantaged, third year ethnic minority law students in paying the high cost of attending a Bar Exam Preparation course and paying for Bar Exam registration fees, thus increasing their opportunities to succeed in passing the Bar Exam..
