Jillian’s first six years of practice were spent in Portland, Oregon before joining Forsberg & Umlauf’s Seattle office. Jillian has spent the majority of her practice representing insurance companies and their insureds, as well as corporations in breach of contract and tort defense. Jillian has done significant SIU and coverage work for her insurer clients. Jillian provides clients with coverage advice with respect to a variety of lines of insurance, as well as working with insurance companies’ SIU departments and taking examinations under oath, and also defending bad faith lawsuits.

Jeff's practice focuses on the defense of professional liability claims.  He has defended clients in a broad range of other claims as well, including personal injury, product liability, toxic torts and premises liability.
