I draft and negotiate commercial leases, ground leases, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, merger or redemption agreements, loan and financing documents, entity and formation documents, and corporate documents, as well as most other documents involved in a typical M&A transaction or real estate venture, project or transaction. I also assist contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers and design professionals with negotiating construction contracts, design contracts and related agreements.
