In 2007 he was again promoted, this time to supervise the Special Assault Unit where he oversaw a team of attorneys who focused exclusviely on prosecuting sexual assault and child abuse cases. In 2011 Zach left the prosecutor's office in order to open his own criminal defense lawfirm. Using the insights, experience, and knowledge he gained as a prosecutor, Zach has amassed an impressive resume of victories over the State including acquittals in Attempted Murder, Assault, Domestic Violence, Rape, and Child Molestation cases.
