Bret Finkelstein focuses his practice on defending companies and their directors and officers in securities and corporate governance litigation, government and internal investigations, and professional liability litigation. In addition to defense of private litigation, Bret has considerable experience defending clients before government regulatory bodies including the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
