Brandon’s practice focuses primarily on land use and general real estate issues as well as real estate and general commercial litigation.  His clients include real estate developers, housing cooperatives, condominiums and individual homeowners.. He has experience representing clients in all phases of real estate and commercial litigation in Washington and New York trial and appellate courts. This experience includes, conducting and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions and conducting trials. Brandon has represented clients in a variety of matters involving contract disputes, business torts and a wide range of landlord/tenant matters. In addition, he regularly advises co-op and condo boards on a wide variety of business and legal issues, including non-judicial foreclosures, objectionable conduct by shareholders and the negotiation and drafting of real estate documents.. Andy’s practice spans many disciplines including environmental, real estate, land use, and construction law. He advises clients on regulatory compliance and litigation of cost recovery and contribution actions under the Washington Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Andy has successfully managed the environmental remediation and regulatory closure of several complex contaminated sites. He regularly counsels clients on the risks and opportunities of buying, selling, and redeveloping contaminated property, assisting with environmental and geotechnical due diligence and negotiating transactional documents such as real estate purchase and sale agreements, asset sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, and easement agreements.. Amit’s practice focuses on litigation and bankruptcy. Al Wallace is a Member in the Seattle office and leads Williams Kastner’s Land Use practice area. Mr. Wallace focuses his practice on Real Estate Development, Land Use, and Environmental Law.
