Mr. Figueroa's practice is focused on California cannabis law, specifically licensing, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. He is a Director of the International Cannabis Bar Association and has been honored with the Distinguished Counsel's Award by NORML. Mr. Figueroa regularly teaches Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to lawyers on cannabis related subjects. He is also the author of several legal reference books designed to give the reader a deep understanding of the laws which govern cannabis and hemp in the Golden State, and is working on an updated edition to be released in early 2020.
