Mr. Rooth is a native of Buffalo, New York.  He moved to Florida to attend Stetson University College of Law.  Upon graduating from Stetson, Mr. Rooth worked for attorney William Dunlap who had an office in Seminole, Florida.  A few years later, Mr. Rooth opened his own law office and has continued to focus on estate planning and elder law in the Seminole area..
