Mr. Glaspie is a native of Sevier County. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. Following graduation, Mr. Glaspie joined the Tennessee Air National Guard where he served with distinction before retiring in 2018. Mr. Glaspie attended Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a founding member of the school’s law review, served as a senator on the Student Bar Association, and assisted the staff and faculty as a research assistant. During his last year of law school, Mr. Glaspie had the honor and privilege of serving as a summer law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court, Gary R. Wade.. Upon passing the bar, Mr. Glaspie began his legal career as an associate with a local personal injury firm where he learned not only the law, but the struggles and challenges his clients faced. Over the decade Mr. Glaspie has practiced in the field of personal injury, he has not only assisted injured people recover financially but has also been successful in helping them find the resources needed to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. I am married and have three grown boys, a daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter. I serve in the Tennessee Air Force National Guard which I intend to retire from.  Becoming an attorney was a second career choice for me, I spent many years as a law enforcement officer which sparked my desire to practice family law.  I absolutely love turtles and elephants and I hope to sponsor an elephant one day.  I love to read; my favorite author is John Steinbeck. My husband and I enjoy motorcycle riding; for long rides, I ride with him and for short rides, I like to take my own bike.
