Our client was a 21-year old college student on her way to watch a basketball game when she was crossing in a crosswalk and was struck by the defendant. Client, 47-year old mechanic, traveling to work when defendant cross the centerline hitting our client head-on. Our client suffered a fractured neck and had surgery.
