Thanks for taking a look at my profile.. Before becoming an attorney I served for 10 years in the United States Air Force as an Spanish Airborne Cryptologic Linguist. After nearly 2 years of training, I was stationed in the Republic of Panama for just over 3 years and flew over 2000 hours on C-130 Hercules aircraft as an enlisted crewmember. I spent the balance of my second enlistment in San Angelo, Texas, at the Cryptologic Technical Training Center, Goodfellow AFB, where I was the NCO in Charge of Air Force Cryptologic training. I was a Technical Sergant (E-6) and a Master Training Instructor when I got out.. My wife and I moved to Spokane, WA, where she worked for Hastings Entertainment and I attended Gonzaga University School of Law. We have been here ever since.. In addition to being a Zag Basketball Fan, I am a Third Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo. I was the Head Instructor and owner of Spokane Kenpo Karate, an affilliate of the American Kenpo Training Association for a number of years. I had to turn over the leadership of my school because of my work schedule.

Russell West has been a lifelong Spokane resident graduating from Cheney High School and attending Eastern Wash University. After working for twenty seven years in the airline industry Russell West became an attorney after taking an early retirement from Delta Air Lines. In addition to being an attorney Russell West started an online internet business  in 1999 that still operates.. Russell is married with three children and enjoys snow skiing, traveling, and watching kids sporting events.

I focus my practice in general tort liability with an emphasis on construction law, commerical litigation and real estate in Washington.  During my undergraduate studies I was a partner in a residential painting business which provides me valuable insight to the issues faced by many of my clients.. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife in the outdoors.  We spend our summers fly fishing, boating and backpacking.  In the winter, we can be found at the local ski areas.
