I have been practicing law for almost 25 years now.  My focus is on reprenting clients in their Estate Planning and Business needs.  We are extremely proactive and focus on the life cycle of the business and family transition.  The focus is on the solving the problems, and staying out of litigation.

I am based in Spokane, Washington, with an active practice in Washington, Idaho and Oregon.
