Jesse was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended Missouri State University in Springfield before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. While attending UMKC, he worked as an intern with the Jackson County Public Defender’s Office. After law school, Jesse opened his own solo law practice in Liberty, Missouri.
