After having worked at the Law Firm of Woolsey, Fisher since coming out of Law School, my practice had grown apart from the core practice at Woolsey Fisher which was primarily insurance defense related. I had developed over the years an expertise in all sorts of product liability and large cases involving litigation mostly from the plaintiffs' side. I decided to form my own firm in 1990. Originally the name of the firm was the Law Offices of Robert M.N. Palmer, PC but we changed it in 2005 when Craig Oliver became my partner. After a few years at the Potts Law Firm out of Houston, I started a new firm with my current partners. I am still doing the same kind of large product liability cases.. The focus of the firm has remained primarily based on plaintiffs' work with an emphasis on large products and commercial cases.
After graduating from Drury University, I spent the next 8 years as a Springfield Police Officer before attending Law School at University of Missouri, Kansas City. I along with my two partners, began RGG Law in 1995, specializing in bankruptcy, Social Security Disability and civil litagation.
After being in private practice for more than three decades, almost exclusively limited to litigation before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and appeals of their decisions in the circuit and appellate courts. I now serve as an arbitrator for the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission.

***Member of the National College for DUI Defense***. ***Member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association***. ***Top 40 Under 40 Award for Criminal Defense***. Attorney Daly's background and experience are unparalleled:. * Assistant District Attorney, Suffolk County DA's Office (Roxbury and South Boston divisions of the Boston Municipal Court). * Boston Police Officer, Boston Police Department (A1 District - Downtown Boston, North End, Charlestown). * Assistant Attorney General, Attorney General for the District of Columbia (Washington, DC). * Criminal Defense Attorney, The Law Office of Dan Daly (Washington, DC). * Assistant District Attorney, Hampden County DA's Office (Springfield, MA). * Special Assistant District Attorney, Northwestern DA's Office (Northampton, MA). * Associate Attorney, Morrison Mahoney LLP (Springfield, MA). "As a former big-city prosecutor in Boston and DC, and as a Boston cop, I have experience and knowledge that is not possessed by even the most seasoned criminal defense lawyers. In addition to my time spent in the criminal law field, I worked for almost two years at a major law firm handling complex civil litigation defending insurance companies, doctors, and lawyers in malpractice law suits. Let me put that experience to work for you!!! No matter what criminal charge you are facing, meet with me for free consultation and case evaluation and DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF HIRING AN INEXPERIENCED ATTORNEY!!! Chances are I have investigated, prosecuted, AND defended the charge that you are facing. In other words, I will know how to build the most effective defense and rip apart the prosecution’s case. For an example of what sets me apart from other lawyers, would you rather hire an attorney who has read about defending an OUI charge in a book, or would you rather hire an attorney who was CERTIFIED in the administration of Standard Field Sobriety Testing as a Police Officer and has actually performed them out on the street?. My practice is 100% devoted to criminal and OUI defense (alcohol and/or drugs). With me in your corner, I'll promise to make smart and effective tactical decisions, to fight tirelessly for you, and to be a persuasive advocate on your behalf. Don't be intimidated by the charges you’re facing - pick up the phone and call me."
