After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, James attended The University of New Hampshire School of Law. James’s state and federal practice concerns all matters related to insurance defense, with an emphasis in insurance bad faith litigation, premises liability, and professional liability. James also regularly provides coverage opinions to national insurance providers. He is active in the Clark County Bar Association and is currently serving his third two year term on the Executive Board. He was formerly the Editor-in-Chief of Communiqué from 2010 – 2012.
