Mandy is first and foremost a trial lawyer, a dying breed in world dominated by “litigation practice groups.” However, Mandy knows being a defense lawyer requires more than zealously advocating for her clients in the courtroom. From the moment of their first contact, she assumes the equally important role of counselor, taking time to focus on the emotional toll that being named in a lawsuit can take on any defendant. It is important to Mandy that her clients understand the litigation process and are as involved in their representation as they wish to be. She is always available for client questions or concerns and believes strongly that responsiveness is an obligation she owes to every client. Mandy makes it a point to develop a personal relationship with each client so they feel they are a part of a team and not just a defendant in a lawsuit.. Mandy’s trial experience has focused on professional liability claims. She is grateful to have clients who have entrusted her with defending numerous cases to trial, including multiple birth injury cases seeking damages in excess of $20,000,000. Having practiced throughout the States of Missouri and Illinois for almost two decades, Mandy prides herself in having earned a reputation within the bench and bar as an honest, hard-working advocate for her clients who upholds the rule of law while practicing with the utmost professionalism.. Because every client has a different outlook on what a “successful” resolution of a claim or lawsuit may be, Mandy has honed the skills needed to be effective outside the courtroom as well. She has participated in hundreds of mediations and direct settlement negotiations, using creativity in her approach to resolving claims and lawsuits to the satisfaction of her clients.. Whether the goal is early resolution of a claim or aggressively defending a case to a jury verdict at trial, Mandy’s experience and KGT’s resources serve clients with excellent, cost-effective legal services.

Lexstop Law Firm LLC is a full service law firm that I founded which can provide a variety of legal services to the good honest people and businesses of Missouri and Illinois. A lot of people are confused by the name. Lex is Latin for law and the stop is self explanatory. Hence, the name simply means law stop. I didn't want to have a name like Mueller and Associates or Traffic Ticket Law Firm LLC because every law firm I know of has a name just like it. Plus, how many people in Saint Louis do you know named Mueller? We strive to be different by offering the highest quality legal services and customer support to clients. Although we initially started advertising traffic and speeding ticket work, we can handle a lot of other legal issues. The reason we began advertising this way is because one in six people get a traffic ticket in any given year making it by far the most common legal problem people encounter in their everyday lives. Further, we are so sure that once you know of the quality of our work and how you will be treated on a simple matter, you will come back in the future for other legal services. To help differentiate ourselves, I came up with this unique name so the client knows when they hire lexstop they know exactly what they will be getting. A law firm firmly committed to helping as many good honest people and businesses as possible.. IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER:. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.
